This morning I was 135.4 (at least I lost 1 lb in my sleep). I had a protien shake and 1/2 cup coffee for breakfast. (Trying to get off coffee but doing it slowly) I used Almond milk for the shake and coffee.
I am going to spend my day at Trader Joes trying to figure out what Vegans eat!!! My sister tells me there are things like "vegan sausages." WHAT? What the hell would be in that? Keep you posted.
Just got back from Trader Joes and they have tons of stuff. My friend gave me a link for all things vegan at TJs.

My lunch...it was actually good. That thing that looks like turkey is called "tofurky". Added a little hummas, basil, tomato and sprouts on a whole wheat tortilla.
Tim in not home yet...so we will see what he thinks. I got both recipes out of "The Kind Diet."
