DAY 3

134.4 lbs...I am getting there...SLOWLY

Breakfast... protein shake...

Lunch... Chipolte.  It was awesome.  I got a salad with corn and salsa and some black beans.  The best part is the kids love it too.

Off to a workout session with my brother-in- law.  He calls it the "CP Method."  Bring it on!!!

Workout went well...I think my brother-in-law just likes bossing us around more then anything else.  I will be sore tomorrow. 

Dinner...Went to a "Pizza Party"...sounds terrible for a new found vegan.  But my girlfriend was so sweet that she had 3 vegan salads for me to eat!!!  3 VEGAN SALADS!!!  Does not get much better. 

PS - Dear God, Tomorrow when I wake up can I please be 133.  PLEASE.
